POLICIES

There will be a $100 deposit due upon booking acceptance. This fee is nonrefundable if you cancel your party.
Total fee must be paid 24 hours prior to event.
If party host cancel within 24 hrs, fees will be nonrefundable.
Gamer Fantasy will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.
Additionally, Gamers Fantasy reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card fordamages to the trailer or equipment resulting from careless or willful damage by client’s guests.
Gamers Fantasy assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on client’s property or their designated location.
All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client.
If client has preferences on which game you wish to have at your event, please let Gamers fantasy know in advance to accommodate your request.

BAD WEATHER

There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party.
In the event of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your patrons and Gamers Fantasy equipment.
If weather forces us to cancel a party before the party begins, we will reschedule at no charge.
